US stock history starts in January 2000, so the 30-year bundle includes everything since 2000. Add 5 more years at any time for $95. If you stop updates you keep the history you bought, up to that day.

13F by plan: Free gets the latest quarter's ownership by stock. A look-back bundle adds holders, manager books and ownership history for the years you buy: 5 years reaches back to 2021, 10 years to 2016, and 15 years or more covers everything since 2013 Q2. Institutional includes it all. New quarters arrive with daily updates as the SEC publishes them.

FAQ

Questions

How does the look-back plan work?

You buy history once: $195 for the first 5 years and $95 for each further 5, and pay $19.95 a month for daily updates. Five years costs $195, ten years $290, up to 30 years for $670. Every bundle includes daily and hourly bars for the years you buy; the 25-year, 30-year and Institutional bundles add 1-minute and 5-minute bars, and Institutional will add tick data.

Can I add more years later?

Yes. From your account page, add another 5 years for $95 at any time. Your window extends further back the moment the payment clears.

What happens if I stop the daily updates?

You keep the history you bought, up to the day updates stopped. Resume updates from your account page whenever you like and new days flow again.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. No credit card is required. You get an API key with 1,000 calls per day, the last 12 months of daily US stock bars, full COT history, SEC fundamentals and the latest US macro values.

Can I use the data commercially?

The Free and Look-back plans are for personal research and backtesting. Commercial use needs the Institutional plan ($975 once + $59.95/month). For redistribution, email [email protected].

How do downloads work?

Look-back customers download one file per year for every year in their window, plus nightly update files, and can also run batch jobs that return Parquet or CSV.

Do you offer academic pricing?

Yes. Email [email protected] from a .edu address and we will set it up.
